Dear Customer,
what does “teamwork” mean to you?
It may seem a very simple question, but sometimes we take for granted some of the terms we use every day, and forget that they may hide more than a simple meaning. Through the experiences of our colleague Cinzia Berruti and Mike Walker, President and CEO of Grotnes Inc, we will reveal what the word Teamwork means to us.
We would like to get you to know Nova Sidera better, and we want to do it starting from what we value most: connections, synergies and shared experiences, because individual effort alone, without cooperation and different points of view working together, does not bring far. It is thanks to relationships that different rings create a solid and resilient chain.

Have you ever found yourself in trouble because someone was rowing against the current?
“If a company were a boat and employees, suppliers and customers found themselves rowing towards a common destination, it would be damaging if even one of them would start rowing in the opposite direction”.
For Cinzia cooperation and Teamwork means that everybody is rowing on the same direction with every single contribution helping reach the desired result more quickly. By listening, and exchanging ideas, each person brings his unique skills, that will transform in added value for the company and the team. No one is easily replaceable, because by uniting our forces we are able to accomplish so much more of what each of us could have done by himself. It is the cooperation between all the team members that makes the boat reach its destination.
