The Playback is a system that allows to teach a metal spinning lathe how to create and shape a part, simply by driving a joystick. With no need for specific skills in ISO programming, the CNC system records the force and speed of each spinning pass, ensuring that each subsequent part maintains the same quality as the first.

I am the smallest in the family but despite my compact frame of only 1800 kgs I have the ability to easily deform up to 1mm stainless, 1.5 mm iron and 2.5 mm aluminum. I am equipped with a suction chuck that, along with the standard mechanical clamping, simplifies and speeds up operations when loading discs and unloading finished parts.
But this is not all. Thanks to the regenerative brake motor, I make sure to safeguard consumption and not waste a single “drop” of energy. In addition, Nova Sidera has equipped me with the ability to learn directly from you. With a responsive joystick, you can teach me your experience in metal spinning and I can reproduce your parts without compromising quality, thanks to the numerical control technology.
