How we have coped with change
Dear Customer,
we have told you about our philosophy and what we do to create a product that meets your expectations. Now, near the end of the first half of the year, we want to bring you into our daily lives by revealing what has kept us busy in recent months.
Since December 2022 we have faced numerous challenges, first of all the difficulty in the supply of electromechanical components that has greatly extended the delivery time of our machines, requiring a rescheduling of the whole of 2023.
We had different scenarios ahead of us, we could have compromised with quality and focused on an immediate resolution of the problem or choose to wait and communicate to you with transparency and seriousness the reasons that forced us to reschedule the deliveries. The choice, as many of you know, was to focus on long-term quality, because shortcuts, which could have turned into future problems, are not for us.
Facing change is essential, reacting is necessary.
Indeed, since December to today we have completed six machines, two Giotto 400, two Hercules 400HT, one Eureka 375 and one Hercules 600 and carried forward four internal test projects on new materials, to increase our preparation and to better support you on new and complex processes.
